Shariah Compliance & Islamic Investment Structure

AiFX Market is committed to operating in accordance with Islamic financial principles. Our structure is designed to avoid Riba (interest), Gharar (excessive uncertainty), and Maisir (gambling).

  1. Trading Structure

AiFX Market operates exclusively on officially designated swap-free Islamic trading accounts. No rollover interest or interest-based charges are paid or received in our trading operations.

We do not engage in interest-based lending or borrowing.

  1. Instruments Traded

AiFX Market does not trade Contracts for Difference (CFDs) or speculative derivative instruments. Trading is conducted in spot foreign exchange markets under permissible structures.

  1. Profit & Loss Sharing (Mudarabah Model)

All investor funds operate under a Mudarabah (profit-sharing) agreement.

In this structure:

  • The investor acts as Rab-ul-Maal (Capital Provider).

  • AiFX Market acts as Mudarib (Investment Manager).

Profits, if generated, are shared according to the agreed ratio (e.g., 70% Mudarib / 30% Rab-ul-Maal or as defined per plan).

Losses, if incurred, are borne by capital in proportion to actual trading performance. AiFX Market does not guarantee capital protection or fixed returns.

  1. No Fixed or Guaranteed Returns

AiFX Market does not promise fixed daily, weekly, or monthly profits. All performance is variable and depends entirely on real trading outcomes.

There is no capital guarantee.

  1. Risk Disclosure

Trading in financial markets involves risk. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Investors should only allocate funds they are prepared to risk.

  1. Ethical Conduct

AiFX Market does not operate on a debt-based or interest-based model. Revenue is generated through performance-based profit sharing and service-based compensation under Islamic finance principles.

  1. Governance

We aim to continuously improve compliance standards and welcome consultation with qualified Islamic finance scholars to maintain alignment with Shariah principles.
